How long we keep information
We retain all membership and attender information for as long as you remain a member of, attender of or donor to Milton Keynes Quaker Meeting, or until you request us to remove such data. We shall retain all other data for 3 years at which time they shall be removed unless you ask us to retain them. You can find a more detailed Retention Schedule here.
Who we share information with
We have a joint controller relationship with Luton & Leighton Area Quaker Meeting. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason:
- where you have granted permission:
– contact names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses are shared with the joint controller to produce an Area Meeting directory. Where no permission has been granted such personal information is withheld from the joint controller.
How to complain
