Band B pricing – charities, providers of health or social care, voluntary organisations, self-funded groups charging for membership or admission, small community business (eg yoga teacher, tutor)

Rooms for counsellors
Counsellors and others seeing one client at a time may hire the Library or Committee Room only, for a minimum of 2 hours for £15.00
Sessions
The minimum period chargeable for any hire in all rooms is 2 hours.
Hours booked must include time needed to set-up the room as you would like it and return it to the state in which you found it.
Sessions of between 2 and 3 hours’ duration will normally be expected to fit into a morning, afternoon or evening. There is a possibility of booking rooms for 4 hours which has its own rate.
Daytime sessions starting and finishing outside 9am and 5pm may be able to be accommodated if requested.
Special rates can be arranged for the occasional hire of the entire building.
Kitchen
There is no charge to use the kitchen for light refreshments on the basis that hirers leave the kitchen clean and tidy. Please discuss use of the kitchen with our wardens in advance of your meeting if you are catering.
Extras
A projector and screen or a large screen TV are free of charge and are available upon request, as are flip charts with paper and pens and trestle (folding) tables.
Cancellations
Hirers are asked to give as much notice of cancellations as possible. Cancellations of any confirmed booking made within one week or less of the date of the event will result in the full charge being made.
Banding
The above are guidelines only. Banding is agreed by our Finance and Property Committee advised by the Warden.
Pricing Reviews
Charges are subject to review annually and 6 weeks’ notice will be given to existing hirers of changes made.
